Things have been busy here for me lately (I'll give a full update later).

First, it was a beautiful spring day here in Indiana a few days ago so I decided to open the windows throughout the house to let the crisp air flow in. I was hanging up some clothes in my bedroom when I heard little chirping sounds from outside. I pushed back the curtain to look in the back yard, but did not see any birds. So I went into the back yard to locate the chirping. My search led me to the natural gas grill that came with the house, but has never been used. In the three years I've lived there, I've seen beehives and a bird's nest that covered the entire bottom rack of the grill, but never actual BIRDS in the nest!




Second, Team Impact (formerly the Power Team) visited my church, Sunnycrest Baptist, this past week from May 10-14th. These guys are amazing! They have the physical strength to perform some amazing fetes, but more important is their passion for Christ and their desire to spread the gospel! Praise God!

Third, Travis got baptized on Sunday! He was SO nervous, but was incredibly excited when he came out of that water! I stood on the side with tears streaming down my face I was so happy for him!


Finally, TWO WEEKS from today, my friends, starts the Dave Matthews Band 2006 summer tour. And guess who will be at their opening show?! ME!!! TWO WEEKS from today, my summer begins! YAY!!!
