I've been watching American Idol this season, pretty much every week. As I'm sure everyone knows by now, Taylor Hicks was crowned the winner for season 5 last night. For those who didn't see it, during the 2-hour finale, they presented various "awards" to those who auditioned, but did not make the cut.
The best moment was when a guy (who resembled Clay Aiken) was awarded the title of the Best Impersonator. Ryan Secrest then asked him to sing a song, which he gratefully accepted. During his performance, the real Clay Aiken showed up and surprised the winner and the audience.
THIS, my friends, was the funniest moment for me all night long. The guy's reaction happens in seconds 27 and 28. CRACKS ME UP!!! I love it how they he kept on singing even after they turned off his microphone.
